Step 11: Attaching the lower skirts
1 Attach the lower short skirts (K) to the front legs (C and D), then tighten the two hidden cams.
2 Attach the lower short skirts (K) to the back legs (E and F) with two black 1-7/8" flat head screws (2S).
3 Attach the skirts (I and K), finished side out, to the bottom shelf (B) with black 9/16" large head
screws (1S) through the metal brackets into the shelf.
