Instructions for use
1.
The barbecue has to be installed on a secure level base prior to use;
2.
The maximum amount of charcoal must not exceed one layer covering 75% of the firebox flat surface.
3.
Arrange the charcoal into a pyramid and use Barbecue Lighting Cubes to ignite the charcoal;
4.
We recommend that the grill shall be heated up and the fuel kept red hot for at least 30 min prior to the first cooking on the barbecue;
5.
Do not cook before the fuel has a coating of ash;
6.
To help prevent food sticking apply a thin coating of cooking oil to the grid prior to cooking;
7.
Two handles for cooking grid :
a.
Operate the handles with heat-resistant gloves.
b.
Attach to the cooking grid when changing the cooking height or adding charcoal.
c.
Remove the handles while not using.
8.
Side-shelves:
a.
Don't put food directly onto the side shelves.
b.
Maximum loading capacity per side shelf: 5 kgs.
Cleaning and Care
Caution: All cleaning and maintenance should be done when grill is cool . DO NOT clean any grill part in a self-cleaning oven. The extreme heat will
damage the finish.
Recommended cleaning materials -
Mild dishwashing liquid detergent
Nylon cleaning pad
Paper clip
Compressed air
DO NOT use cleaners that contain acid, mineral spirits or xylene.
Outside surfaces – Use a mild dishwashing detergent and hot water solution to clean, then rinse with water.
Interior of grill bottom – Remove residue using brush, scraper and/or cleaning pad, then wash with dishwashing detergent and hot water solution. Rinse
with water and let thoroughly dry.
DANGER!
DO NOT use charcoal grill for indoor cooking
or heating. TOXIC fumes can accumulate and
cause asphyxiation.
NOT to be used in or on boats or recreational
vehicles.
Read and understand all warnings and precautions prior to operating your grill.
1.
This grill is for outside use only, and shall not be used in a building, garage, or any other enclosed area.
2.
The use of alcohol, or prescription or non-prescription drugs may impair the consumer's ability to
properly assemble or safely operate the appliance.
3.
Always place your grill on a hard, level surface far away from combustibles. An asphalt or blacktop
surface may not be acceptable for this purpose.

Do not attempt to move the grill while it is lit.
5.
Do not leave a lit grill unattended especially keep children and pets away from grill at all times.
6.
Do not operate grill in high winds.
7.
Do not use the grill unless it is COMPLETELY assembled and all parts are securely fastened &
tightened.
8.
Keep all combustible items and surfaces at least 24 inches (61cm) away from the grill at all times. DO
NOT use any gas product under any overhead or near any unprotected combustible constructions.
This barbecue will become very hot, do not move it during operation!
1.
Do not use spirit, petrol or comparable fluids for lighting or re-lighting! Use only firelighters complying
with EN 1860-3.
2.
Do not touch metal parts of grill until it has completely cooled (about 45 min.) to avoid burns, unless you
are wearing protective gear (potholders, gloves, BBQ mittens, etc.).
3.
Do not use in an explosive atmosphere. Keep grill area clear and free from combustible materials,
gasoline and other flammable vapors and liquids.
4.
Do not alter grill in any manner.
