2.2. Mounting the wind vane-gauge sensor
It is recommended to mount the wind vane-gauge sensor before mounting the boat's
mast.
Insert the wind vane-gauge sensor into the bracket with the cups facing downwards
and the vane upwards, and screw the connector ring to the base. For perfect water
tightness, ensure the ring is screwed tight.
Tighten the fastener at the end of the bracket, to hold the wind vane-gauge in place.
