Troubleshooting

CAUSE
1. Flow Control Dial in back position.
2. Container empty.
3. Not enough trigger use.
4. Container not properly installed.
5. Residue in the container valve area.
6. Material too thick.
1. Flow Control Dial in forward
position.
2. Trigger overuse.
1. Insufficient flow of material to the
pad.
2. Pad and/or brushes are damaged.
1. Container not properly installed.
2. Pad and brushes not properly
installed.
3. Residue in the container valve area.
SOLUTION
1. Roll dial forward to increase
material flow.
2. Fill container.
3. Pull the trigger for a longer
duration.
4. Properly secure the container to
the unit.
5. Clean the container valve area.
6. Thin per manufacturer's
recommendations.
1. Roll trigger stop backward to
decrease material flow.
2. Decrease flow to the pad by
using the trigger less frequently.
1. Increase flow to the pad by
pulling the trigger longer, or
roll Flow Control Dial forward to
increase material flow.
2. Replace pad and brushes.*
1. Properly secure the container to
the unit.
2. Properly secure the pad / brush
assembly to the unit.
3. Clean the container valve area.
