Warranty is not enforceable:
• If the product has been dismantled, modified or
repaired by anyone other than the authorized
service centre or if it's repaired using unautho-
rized spare parts.
• If the product has been exposed to environ-
mental conditions for which it has not been de-
signed.
• In case of corrosion, oxidation or spill battery
fluid.
• If the serial number has been removed, erased,
altered or is illegible.
Nobody will be indemnified for the inactivity pe-
riod of the device nor can expect refund or claim
for direct or circumstantial damages due to an in-
appropriate use of the device.
