Electrical shock can result when contacting live
electrode or internal components
Electrical shock can result from absence of
grounding lug.
Welding machine must be connected to
power source in accordance with applicable
electrical codes.
Do not touch electrode or internal compo-
nents without protection.
Disconnect power before servicing.
Do not remove the grounding lug in any elec-
trical plug.
Electrical shock can cause injury.
During wire installation, the welder must be switched off
and unplugged to prevent the moving motor roller to
move presenting a risk for the operator.
Position the welding machine so as to allow the free circu-
lation of air inside and, as much as possible, prevent me-
tal or other dusts from penetrating. Position the welding
machine in an area that ensures good stability. The weight
of the welding machine is approximately 150lbs-68 Kg.
Only skilled personnel should install the machine. All con-
nections must be carried out in compliance with current
standards (IEC/CEI EN 60974-9) and in full observance
of current safety laws.Make sure that the supply voltage
corresponds to the rated voltage of the welding machine.
Electrical requirements: 230VAC 30Amp service. Size the

The rear shelf can hold 2 cylinders having diameter MAX
(180mm - 7.1in) and height MAX (1000mm - 39.4in) or
only 1 cylinder having diameter MAX (220mm – 8.7in) and
height MAX (1600mm – 63in). The cylinders must be firmly
fixed to the cylinder shelf by means of the belts provided.
The gas cylinders must be equipped with a pressure re-
gulator and a gauge , one for each.
Only after positioning the cylinders, connect the outgoing
gas hoses from the rear panel of the machine to the pres-
sure regulators.
Open the mobile lateral side, mount the wire coil on its
support, insert the wire coming out of the wire coil into
the gear motor, and make sure that wire type and dia-
meter are the same as drive roller being used. The wire
must be aligned with the roller race and come out of the
