Beim Stählen des Ringmessers ist
darauf zu achten, dass der Stahl im
richtigen Winkel zum Ringmesser
gehalten wird. Wenn der Winkel zu
gross ist, wird es zu einer Abrundung
des Ringmessers kommen. Dadurch
wird das Nachschärfen erschwert.

Lors du durcissement du couteau à

à lame circulaire. Si l'angle est trop
important, il en résulte un arrondis-
sement du couteau à lame circulaire.
Cela rend l'affûtage ultérieur plus
difficile.
