DicksonWare Help.
• Press the "Setup" button and then press the "Clear" button.
• The logger is now sampling and ready for use. The default sample interval is 2 minutes (5 minutes for

Operating Instructions
Note: Dew point available on TM models only. Also, SM150/SM175 displays "Prob" when the probe is unplugged.
{MIN/MAX}
Pressing this key will start the Min/Max display cycle.
{F/C}
Pressing this key toggles between Fahrenheit and Celsius on the unit's display. Holding this key down for 2 seconds
adds or removes calculated Dew Point temperature readings in the display rotation. If the 'Dew Point" is less than
32°F (0°C), it is a frost point and FP will be displayed in the lower right instead of dP.
{Display On}
Pressing this key turns the display on for approximately 6 seconds when the unit is running on its battery. When the
unit is running on AC power the display is always on.
Display on Continuous
Hold the {F/C} and {Display On} keys down together until the display comes on and cont. shows in the lower
left, then release Display On first. To get out of continuous mode press Display On. Note: Continuous on mode will
decrease battery life. When the optional plug in power supply is used the display is always on.
Clear Min/Max values
Holding the {MIN/MAX + F/C} keys down together until clr- appears on display clears the stored minimum and
maximum values. The Min and Max displayed by the logger will be the minimum and maximum values sensed since
it was last cleared. Dicksonware will show the minimum and maximum of the data set downloaded. These could
be different. For Example: Your logger is set for a 2 minute sample which is good for about 5 1 / 2 days and is in
wrap mode. After 3 days you clear Min/Max. After another 3 days you download the logger. The Min/Max displayed
by the logger will be the Min/Max for the last 3 days. The Min/Max shown by Dicksonware99 will be the Min/Max
for the last 5 1 / 2 days. Dew point Min/Max in the logger is not updated unless dew point is enabled (See the F/C
key instructions).
Battery Replacement
To replace the battery (9V alkaline) remove the 4 screws on the back of the case.
