(For 7, 8 and 9-section boilers only)
Rear top panel
(66) (fig. 18 - pag. 10)
•
Place it on its support/locating pins and push it forward until it
fits in the front and intermediate panels in the case of 7, 8 and
9-section boilers.
•
Place it on its support/locating pins and push it forward until it
fits in the front top panel.
•
Fasten it to the rear top panel (2 HM 5 x 10 screws).
Control Panel Assembly
• Unscrew the 4 screws located on the mounting brackets
beneath the control panel. Position the control panel on
top of the casing and pass the sensor cables through the
opening. Replace the 4 screws to anchor the control panel
to the casing.
• Route the cables and sensors into the casing and insert
the bulbs in their pockets.
Electrical Conections
For the complete electric connection of the control panels, refer to the manual specific to the panel.
The facility must comply with currently enforced national and local regulations
The ground socket planned on the connecting terminal strip must be connected as per currently enforced provisions.
- The installation should include a switch, a circuit-breaker or
other omnipolar disconnect switch to isolate all power supply
lines to the unit.
- The connection of external appliances should be done through
approved wiring hardness H05VVF.
- Main Supply Voltaje:220/230 V~, 50Hz.
- Maximun electrical load: 1450W. Burner + pump.
- Security level according to EN 60335-1
- Ground connection is compulsory. Earth wire should be 50mm
longer than live and neutral ones.
- Connection to external equipment not supplied with the boiler
will be made by means of officially-approved wiring harness
(insulation temperature 105ºC) with the following cross-
sections:
Pump: 3 x 0.75 mm
2
.
Room thermostat: 2 x 0.75 mm
2
Safeties: 2 x 0.75 mm
.
- Officially-approved wiring harness of similar characteristics and
cross-section (3 x 2.5mm

provided.
Upper heat insulation (33, fig.2-pag.15) Lower front pieces
(69 – 70, fig. 18 - pag. 10)
•
Fit the front pieces sideways and downwards on the buttons
attached to the side folds. Locking is achieved through the cen-
tral feet.
Rear top panel
(66) (fig. 18 - pag. 10)
•
IInsert the 2 support/locating pins in the holes in the lower front
pieces.
•
The front will fit the sides.
- The wiring harness MUST be connected to the mains supply
so that tools are required to change its polarity
Note: Wire an optional room thermostat across terminals D
and G (Control Panel KSF) after having removed the existing
jumpers.
N.B:
- It is essential to make the connection in such a way that live/
live and neutral/neutral coincide since, otherwise, the ionization
control will lock-out the boiler.
- Should there not be enough ionization current due to defective
neutral or earth, it is advisable to add a suitable isolation
transformer (see burner instructions).
Attention:
Features and performance qualities are subject to change
without notice.
