10. To secure the handle (Y), push it into the clip and allow the lower part of your hand and the tube to rest on
the bolt of the handle holder.
11. It is recommended to mount the press on the floor. Ensure that the mounting surface is flat and level, and
that it is able to support the weight of the equipment and any loads it generates, preferably concrete. Secure
the press with the appropriate foot holes and screws. DO NOT install the equipment outdoors or in areas
subject to high humidity or humidity.

PRODUCT OPERATION

1. If necessary, move the press table to the highest possible position that allows the job to be performed. To
move the table, hold i firmly and remove the press table pins. Then, hold the press table in the required
position and insert the press pins in the nearest hole underneath he table. Ensure the pins pass through the
frame fully.
2. Place the work-piece on to the press table. Use the work-piece
support plates or suitable objects to properly support the work-
piece, as required.
3. Position the work-piece so that where pressure is required is
directly beneath the pin protruding from under the jack plate.
4. Close the valve on the hydraulic jack by using the slotted end
of the handle to rotate it. Rotate it to the right (clockwise) until
firm
5. Slide the handle into the handle sleeve on the hydraulic jack and
move up and down to "pump" the jack. The jack plate should
move down a little with each pump. When the jack plate makes
contact with the work-piece, pump the jack slowly and apply
only as much pressure as necessary to complete the job. Keep a
close eye on the work-piece when applying pressure.
6. When the job is complete, use the handle o open the valve
(rotate left / anti-clockwise) on the hydraulic jack. Always open
the valve slowly. Allow the jack plate to return to the top-most
position before removing the work-piece from the press table.
