12. SAFETY FUNCTIONS

The dispenser's safety device is a degassing valve. The main purpose of the
degassing valve is to prevent the internal pressure of the dispenser from
exceeding 2.5-3 bar.

13. IMPROPER USE OF THE EQUIPMENT

DO NOT PERFORM MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS WITH THE EQUIPMENT
IN OPERATION.
During the maintenance process or when changing part of the device, make
sure that the latter is well-secured, as otherwise this could lead to leaks in the
device.
DO NOT LOAD SURPLUS CHEMICAL PRODUCT.
Check the amount of product loaded into the device, given that, if it is loaded
with a surplus, it will lead to an increase in the risk of toxicity. In turn, if the load
is too low, the device will not operate properly.
DO NOT CLOSE THE OUTLET VALVE WHILE THE EQUIPMENT IS IN
OPERATION During operation ensure that the outlet valve is open if the inlet
valve is open too.
DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF OIL OR DEGREASER.
Do not use any type of oil or degreaser during the use and maintenance of the
equipment as this would cause wear of the joints used in the hydraulic system,
leading to possible leaks that would lead to a loss of pressure in the system or
possible breakage of the team

GENERAL MAINTENANCE

The maintenance instructions are drawn up with the aim of constituting a
general standard to begin the maintenance of the equipment. It is advisable to
follow them, as they are complemented by a schedule.
