reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal
injury. Read the following safety instructions and
also the enclosed safety instructions.
Always check that the power supply
corresponds to the voltage on the rating
plate.
Class ll machine. Your machine is double
insulated; therefore no earthwire is
required.
If the replacement of the supply cord is necessary,
this has to be done by the manufacturer or his
agent in order to avoid a safety hazard.
Using extension cables
Only use an approved extension cable suitable
for the power input of the machine. The minimum
conductor size is 1.5 mm
reel always unwind the reel completely.
3. Operation
Unplug the machine before mounting any
accessories!
Adjusting the sawing depth
Fig. 1
The sawing depth can be adjusted with the saw
depth limiter.
Loosen the screw (3) and move the saw depth
limiter to the required saw depth. The depth
indicator has long lines to indicate even
milimeters and short lines to indicate odd
milimeters.
Tighten the screw.
For the best result when sawing wood and plastic,
the sawing depth much be slightly greater than
the thickness of the material. When sawing metal,
the sawing depth must be 1.0 mm greater than the
thickness of the material.
Blade replacement without removing the
guard

Incorrect positioning of the blade can
permanently damage the tool. Always

wear protective gloves to prevent injury!
1. Without removing the guard insert one
hex key into the blade shaft to lock it (Fig.
2). Insert the other hex key into the blade
retaining screw and unscrew clockwise (Fig.
3).
2. Unscrew the depth adjuster and depress the
guard to remove the blade.
3. Place the new blade onto the blade shaft
ensuring the hole locates correctly and the
teeth point in the direction of the curved arrow
(Fig. 4).
4. Replace the safety retaining washer and
tighten the screw.
5. Remove the hex key. Make sure the blade
rotates smoothly by rotating the sawblade at
least one turn. Place the cover back in place.
Remove the hex key. Make sure the blade
rotates smoothly. Place the cover back in
place.
6. Remove the second hex key and check if the
guard functions correctly.
7. The machine can now be used again.
Adjusting the length
Fig. 9
In order to saw neatly, it is important to know
where the saw must start and finish. There are
numbers on both sides of the protective cover
which correspond to the sawing depth settings
and which indicate the start and finish points of
the blade.
Mark where the material is to be sawn. If the
area to be sawn is not square or rectangular,
the start and finish lines must be indicated
separately. These points must be drawn
perpendicular to the sawing line.
In order to use the length setting, the sawing
depth must first be set as described
previously. Set it to, for example, 2 mm. Find
the number, in this case 2, at the front and
back of the protective cover.
Make sure the line under the number is align ed
with the starting point of the line to be sawn.
Saw until the line under the number at the
front of the cover is aligned with the end point
of the line to be sawn.
The length indicator has lines for even
milimeters (2-4-6-8-10-12).
