Choose the data you want to synchronize, such as
Contacts, Calendar, Email, and Tasks.

your phone with the Exchange server and then go

After you configure your synchronization settings, you
can modify your settings, synchronization schedule,
and connections. To find the settings, press the left
soft key (-) (Start), select ActiveSync, and then press the
right soft key (+) (Menu).
