A - Lifting Holes — Provided at each corner for lifting
generator.
B - Alternator — An electrical machine that generates an
alternating current
C - Muffler — High-performance muffler lowers engine noise
to comply with most residential codes.
D - Circuit Breaker — Protects the system from shorts and
other over-current conditions.
E - Control Board — Used for generator operation control,
menu start-up, and informational display functions.
F - Air Cleaner — Uses a dry type filter element to protect
engine by filtering dust and debris out of intake air.

G - Engine Label — Identifies engine model and type
H - Spark Plug — A device in the cylinder head of the engine
that ignites the fuel mixture by means of an electric spark.
J - Oil Filter — Filters engine oil to prolong generator life.
K - Battery (installer supplied) — 12 Volt DC, lead acid,
automotive style battery provides power to start the
engine.
L - Oil Heater Port/ Oil Drain Hose Port — Provided to allow
an optional heating element to be installed. Provided to
facilitate oil changing.
M - Generator Data Label — Identifies generator model
number and serial number. Located inside battery access
compartment.
