How to operate:
Press the On/Off switch at the front (switch light turns on) to switch on the power
Check the current charging status of the Mobile Workstation MAX by looking at the row of LEDs on
the battery controller
The row of LEDs indicates the current residual capacity
The Mobile Workstation MAX is now ready to use
Place your working devices on the Mobile Workstation MAX
Connect the devices to electricity when needed
Place tools and materials securely on the shelves
If the lower two LEDs on the battery controller begin to flash, start charging the Mobile Workstation
MAX
If the Mobile Workstation MAX begins to beep, start charging the Mobile Workstation MAX
Upon completing work, press the On/Off switch at the front (switch light turns off) to switch off the
power
Start charging the Mobile Workstation MAX
Figure 13: Control unit
When final discharge status is reached (red LEDs on controller flashing, acoustic
signal sounds) and the time for automatic switch-off expires, the Mobile
Workstation MAX automatically switches off all connected devices.
The battery controller installed in the Mobile Workstation MAX allows you to monitor the residual capacity of
the batteries so you can protect them from deep discharging.
Figure 14: Battery controller
If the Mobile Workstation MAX is discharged down to the final discharge limit,
the battery must be fully recharged in order to reset the battery controller.
It is necessary to charge it for 8 to 12 hours.
The battery controller takes a few seconds for the restart after the first time it is
switched on after deep discharging.

1 Battery controller
2 Indicator LED
3 On/Off switch
The battery controller starts the visual display when the On/Off switch at the
front has been activated (switch light is on). The row of LEDs indicates the
current residual capacity.
When the residual capacity drops below the "Warning time" limit value (approx.
25%), the last two red LEDs flash alternately. An acoustic signal sounds.
After a set time of approx. five minutes, all devices on the Mobile Workstation
MAX apart from the acoustic signal are automatically switched off. You can
deactivate the acoustic signal using the On/Off switch.
