- Mount guide plate 6.31019 on the guide rail. (The
groove (9) in the guide plate 6.31019 slides in the
profile (3) of the guide rail)
- Mount the circular saw with bores of the guide
plate on the pins (10) of the guide plate 6.31019.
- With the screws (8) released, the play, and thus
the sliding movement of the guide rail, can be
adjusted by shifting the screws.
The guide plate has several bores, which also
makes the machine suitable for diagonal cuts along
the guide rail. The cutting angles are annotated
beside the bores.
4. Jigsaws
Guide device 6.31249 must be used for this
application.
See page 2, fig. G.
- Push the guide rule (13) of the guide device into
the T-slot (14) of the guide rail.
- If necessary, adjust the play of the guide rule (13)
in the groove using the two threaded pins of the
guide rule.
- Take the splinter guard plate from the guide plate
of the jigsaw (the splinter guard plate (12) inserted
in the guide device is used).
- If necessary, adjust the parallelism of the guide rail
after releasing the screws (11). Tighten the
screws (11) again.
- Then insert the jigsaw in the guide device.

a rough setting of the desired distance between
router and guide rail. Tighten the wing screws
again.
- Lower the motor section of the router so that the
router is near the scribe mark. Fix the motor
section in this position.
6
- Fine adjustment: release screws (16). By turning
the wing screw (17), the position of the router in
relation to the scribe mark - according to the scale
gradations - can be finely adjusted. Tighten the
screws (16) again.
