4. Charging the battery

For the first and subsequent uses, charge the phone battery.
The icon is displayed when the battery is low.
To charge the battery, connect the charger end (micro-USB
port) to the phone charging port, and the adaptor to a wall
socket. The icon is displayed once the battery is fully
charged. You can then disconnect the charger from the phone
and from the wall socket. Do not leave the battery connected
to a charger for longer than 12 hours, since overcharging may
shorten its life.You can also use the charger base. Connect the
USB cable to the charger base and to the wall socket. Put the
phone on the charging dock; it will start charging automatically.
WARNING: When a travel charger and its accessories are
used to charge the battery, please firstly check if they are
original or recognized by the original manufacturer. Using other
accessories can damage your mobile phone and present a risk.
Always use them indoor and in dry places.
Do not throw the battery into fire so as to prevent fire. Da-
maged batteries can cause an explosion. Refer to the detailed
safety instructions concerning the precautions for use of the
battery.
