Components included in the boiler
Set configuration 4 when you intend to con­
nect the appliance to a storage tank without
serpentine.
The appliance turns on according to the temper­
ature read by the storage tank probe, and turns
off based on the boiler return temperature.
The antifreeze function can also be set in this
configuration.

7.4.1 Storage tank without serpentine electrical
connection
In this case simply move the room temperature
probe on the appliance and extend it to place it in
the probe seat, found on the storage tank (Fig. 28).

It is important to check that the appli-
ance is set in Configuration 4 (see "7.5.1
Software setting" on page 52).
