remedy, and Bayco Products, Inc.'s sole and exclusive liability, shall be

non-conforming product in accordance with this limited warranty. The
original purchaser shall follow the instructions below to qualify for a repair
or replacement product. This is the only warranty, expressed or implied,
including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
IN NO EVENT WILL BAYCO PRODUCTS, INC. OR ITS AFFILIATES
OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND REGARDLESS OF
THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER, FROM ALL CAUSES OF
ACTION AND ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY, WILL BE LIMITED TO AND
WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT PAID
BY CUSTOMER.
If this product is used for rental purposes, the warranty term is reduced
to 90 days from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY CLAIMS – USA
Return the product to the place of purchase for all warranty related
issues. If this is not possible, contact Bayco Customer Service at (800) 233-
2155 M-F 8-5 Central Time for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Do not
return this product to Bayco without first receiving an RGA Number from
Bayco Customer Service. When returning the product, the RGA Number
must be written on the outside of the shipping box.
WARRANTY CLAIMS – OUTSIDE OF USA
Return the product to the place where purchased for all warranty related
issues.
EXTENT OF COVERED WARRANTY WORK
Bayco will repair or replace this product at our option. If it is determined
that the warranty is no longer in effect, Bayco will contact you with a repair
estimate before beginning any work.

PORTE-BATTERIE CR-123
Insérer 2 batteries au lithium CR-123 avec les bornes positives qui
pointent en direction de la flèche.
REMARQUE : la lampe de poche ne peut être rechargée avec le porte-
batterie CR-123 installé.
FONCTIONNEMENT
La lampe torche 9842XL propose sept modes lumineux : éclairage
momentané, luminosité maximale, luminosité moyenne, luminosité faible,
projecteur, double et stroboscopique. La lampe torche 9842XL comprend
deux boutons sur le boîtier et un bouton sur le capuchon permettant
d'accéder à tous les modes.
Lampe de poche à mode d'éclairage momentané
Appuyer légèrement sur la partie supérieure surélevée du bouton
interrupteur arrière (sans allumer la lampe de poche) pour une mise en
marche momentanée. Relâcher le bouton interrupteur pour éteindre
l'éclairage.
Éclairage continu
Appuyer à fond sur la partie supérieure surélevée du bouton interrupteur
arrière jusqu'à ce qu'il s'enclenche puis relâcher pour un mode d'éclairage
continu à haute luminosité. Appuyer et relâcher le bouton interrupteur pour
éteindre l'éclairage.
Sélectionner le niveau de luminosité
Appuyer et maintenir vers le bas la partie supérieure surélevée du
bouton interrupteur arrière. L'éclairage passera d'un cycle de luminosité
allant d'une lumière haute à moyenne à basse et puis recommencera à une
vitesse d'environ un mode par seconde. L'éclairage continuera ce cycle de
luminosité à travers les différents modes aussi longtemps que l'interrupteur
est maintenu vers le bas. Lorsque le niveau de luminosité souhaité est
atteint, veuillez simplement relâcher l'interrupteur et l'éclairage restera
dans ce niveau de luminosité. Appuyer et relâcher le bouton interrupteur
pour éteindre l'éclairage.
