Description
If the pump (or pumps) sending water to the terminals is ON, the
water temperature in the electric heater vessel or buff er tank is too
high:
. water sensors can be out of order not properly placed
. fl oating setpoint curves can be set too high
. manual safety switch can be out of order or not correctly set
When the water temperature decreases, it is possible to remove
the alarm by pressing the reset button of the safety switch in the
control box.
If the pump (or pumps) sending water to the terminals is OFF, the
alarm comes from the fl oor heating manual reset proctection (TM)
or from the pressure switch (PS)
If the problem comes from TM:
. water sensors can be out of order or not properly in contac
. fl oating setpoint curves can be set too high
. TM can be out of order
When the problem is fi xed press the red button on TM to remove
the alarm
If the problem comes from PS (only for 80AW2 units)
. the pressure in the system might be too low: check for water leaks,
fi x them and fi ll the system up to the correct operating pressure
. the pressure switch might be out of order or not properly
connected
Clean the fi lter
Check if the pump is running
Check the water pump speed
Check the connection of the fl owswitch on the board 1PCB
Replace the fl owswitch
Check the user interface display for a description of the faults
Check the connection between board 1PCB and board 2PC in the
indoor unit control box
Change Conex II user interface
Check indoor temperature sensor (TWB)
Check the connection of the sensor to the board 2PCB
Check the outdoor air sensor
Check the connection of the sensor to the board 2PCB
Check the connection between boards 1PCB and 2PCB in the
indoor unit control box
Check indoor temperature sensor (TWA)
Check connection of the sensor to the board 1PCB
Check indoor temperature sensor (TC)
Check connection of the sensor to the board 1PCB
Change the board 1PCB
Check HV communication between board 1PCB and the CDU
Check connection J4 on board 1PCB
Check connection between board 1PCB and terminal block
Compressor case thermo Open
