Day:
The program data syntax for <Day> is defined as
a <DECIMAL NUMERIC PROGRAM DATA>
element.
The <Day> is rounded to the nearest integer. It
ranges from 1 to the number of days in the
month from the previous parameter. This
command keeps track of the number of days in
each month, accounting for leap years through
the range of years that it accepts.
