1) Selector button welding process.
2) LEDs to display of selected process:
Stick electrode
MIG
TIG
3) Selector button type of stick electrode.
4) LEDs to display the type of electrode selected:
Basic
Rutile
Cellulosic (only for version 300)
5) Selector control button Local/Remote - to select the control panel, by Origo 4004 iMV
panel or a with remote control.
6) LEDs to display the type of control selected:
Local
Remote
7) Led VRD -
reduced to offer more safety to the operator. This feature does not change the arc
electrode aperture, that require a higher open circuit voltage.
9) Digital display of current, voltage and inductance % (only MIG / MAG) or Hotsart and
Arcforce (only stick electrode).
10) LEDs for display of the selected reading:
Welding current
Welding voltage
Percentage of inductance (only MIG / MAG) or Hotstart and Arcforce (only
stick electrode).
11) Button selector functions:
Hotstart - when selected this feature provides increased current for a short
period of time at the opening of the arc when welding with stick electrode. The
regulator provides a low percentage lower values of this increase. The setting of a
high percentage increases the value of this increase. In TIG welding has no
function.
Arc Force - when selected this feature the arc force is important in determining
how the current changes in response to a change in the arc length. The regulator
provides a low percentage a lower value gives a calmer arc with less spatter. The
setting of a high percentage increases the value of the short-circuit current and
penetration. In TIG welding has no function.
This LED indicates that the open circuit voltage of the machine is
