Troubleshooting

If your table experiences a malfunction, an error code will come up on the flashing display
when you push a button.
Without a display reset the unit.
If this error not apperars, contact your Vitra retailer.
Error codes
An E and the error code 01 appear on
the display.
An E and the error code 28 or 02
appear on the display.
An E and the error codes 02 or 29
appear on the display.
An E and the error code 03 appear on
the display.
An E and the error code 16 appear on
the display.
Cause
Position lost
Overload when moving up
Overload when moving up
Overload when moving down
Incorrect button pressed
accidentally
Solution
1. Reset the unit.
2. Unplug the power cord for 1-2 seconds.
Reset the unit again.
If this error appears regularly, unplug the power cord. Contact your Vitra
retailer.
1. Move your table down by more than 10 mm.
2. Your table can now be moved up/down as usual.
If this error appears regularly, unplug the power cord. Contact your Vitra
retailer.
1. Remove all loads from the table.
2. Give the table an 18 minute break.
Does E02 still appear on the display?
Contact your Vitra retailer.
1. Remove any objects impairing downward movement.
2. Give the table an 18 minute break.
Does E03 still appear on the display?
Contact your Vitra retailer.
1. The error code E16 will only appear as long as the button is pressed.
2. Your table can now be moved up/down as usual.
