Limitations of Use

The Xtreme Mask is designed for work in contaminated environments. This equipment set does not provide air for
breathing but rather purifies the existing air by channeling it through a filter. Before using, all of the following must be
determined:
• Identify the nature of the substance(s) that may exist in the work environment.
• The highest concentration of toxic substance(s) that may exist in the work environment.
• Ensure there is a sufficient amount of oxygen in the work area. ( >17%)
• The maximum permissible level of the identified toxin (TLV).
CAUTION: Make sure the filter to be used will protect you from the substances present in the contaminated area.
Only use filters included in the original and sealed packaging.

Useful Life

(A) USEFUL LIFE OF THE FABRIC:

If damaged, replace or discard this protective equipment.
Please contact your regular distributor if you wish to use the warranty or if you need any clarifications regarding PPE
maintenance.
(B) USEFUL LIFE OF THE HALF-MASK:
The half-mask cannot be replaced by the user.
If damaged, discard this protective equipment or contact Vallfirest for a replacement.
