If the apartment station does not reply within 60 seconds (off-hook waiting time), the following screen will
appear on the display and the following voice message will be played: "NO ANSWER".
The panel will play the voice message if the „Enable/disable audio feedback" function is enabled
on the panel, otherwise it will beep four times as feedback.
