Regular Maintenance
• Check Contact Points for tightness weekly.
Note: Do not adjust the factory preset Sensor Probe.
• Clean Contact Points weekly.
• Check your dog's neck for irritation and wash neck weekly.

To Test the Bark Control Collar
Important: To avoid feeling the Static Correction yourself, never touch
the two Contact Points simultaneously.
1. Enter the Test Mode. If your collar is not in the Test Mode,
"See Modes of Operations" for Push-button instructions.
2. Hold the unit by the collar with the Indicator Light
facing towards you. The unit should be within 15-25 cm
(6"-10") of your mouth.
3. In order to trigger the unit, say "Test" loudly into the
Sound Activated Sensor.
4. The Indicator Light will fl ash three times to show that it
is functioning properly.
5. If the Indicator Light does not fl ash, ensure that the battery is properly
installed, and/or replace the battery. If the Indicator Light still does not
fl ash, contact the Customer Care Centre. For a listing of Customer Care

6. Return the Bark Control Collar to Low Mode before replacing the unit on
your dog.
Note: The Test Mode is not intended for normal operation. If the Bark Control Collar
is left in Test Mode while on your dog, it can cause false correction and may reduce
battery life.
