4.1
Switching on
CH3 heater:
1. Insert the mains plug into the socket.
CH12 and CH18 heaters:
1. Heat: Set the selector switch to the
position 2, 3 or 4.
2. Ventilate: Set the selector switch to
position 1.
Description
Remove dust and deposits from the heater.
Check the heater (in a clean environment).
Check the heater (if in a dusty environment).
Check and clean the inlet grid.
Check the correct operation of the fan and
check for dirt and damages.
Check the heater's wiring.
Hot
Do not touch the outlet cone and the
grid!
Do not start maintenance until they
have cooled down.

General
Warning
Remove the mains plug from the
socket during maintenance.
For long-term storage of the heater:
1. Switch off the heater.
2. Remove the mains plug from the socket.
3. Clean the heater.
