• Check to see if another user is connected to the speaker.
• Refer to the user guide of your device for Bluetooth syncing
instructions.
Issue: My speaker isn't syncing to Bluetooth via NFC.
Solution: Try the following:
• Make sure that both the Bluetooth and NFC se ings are
turned "ON" on your device.
• Check to see if another user is connected to the speaker.
• Make sure that your device is near the NFC sensor on
the speaker.
• Refer to the user guide of your device for the location of the
NFC sensor and check for compatibilities.
