Troubleshooting

If you believe your TV Listener K4 is not operating properly, please refer to the
Troubleshooting Guide below. Improper installation of the transmitter is the leading
cause of malfunctions. If you are unable to solve the problem after checking the
Troubleshooting Guide, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-
736-6760 Mon-Fri from 9:00AM-5:00PM Eastern Time, or e-mail us at
customerservice@unisar.com.

SOLUTION
Check connection or
change to another electri-

Make sure the power switch
is in the "ON" position.
Make sure both units are on.
