Installation
Installing the volumetric transducers
The transducers must be installed by qualified technical personnel who must identify the
specific points, according to the type of diesel engine, where the transducers must be
installed.
A volumetric transducer must be assembled on the feed circuit while a second one must
be installed on the engine fuel return circuit. The two transducers have a ½" thread (the
fittings for the connection of the transducers are not provided in the package).
The transducer placed on the feed circuit should be installed before the feed pump and
before the filter (see the attached diagram).
The transducer placed on the return circuit should be installed before the fuel tank (see
the attached diagram).
Attention
Provide
transducers in order to avoid the engine stopping in case
they malfunction.
