memory and it is therefore not lost when the fuel flow meter is turned off; the
maximum value is 999999 (Litres or Gallons), over that it returns to zero.
The Inst value indicates the instantaneous consumption, that is measured in
real time and expressed in Lt/hr or in Gallons/hr (American or British).
Trip Screen:
The fuel consumption and trip duration data can be viewed, or at a stretch
covered, with this screen. Before the trip the values must be reset using the
Reset Trip 1 command in the Trip Menu and in this way data related only to
the trip being made are obtained. The same operation is obviously valid also
for trip 2.
The Par value indicates fuel consumption during trip 1; the Average value
indicates average consumption (in Lt/hr or Gallons/hr) measured on the basis
of consumption during the trip and the time spent.
The latter is viewed with the notation Days.Hours.Minutes (for ex. 02.10.45
should be read as 2 days, 10 hours and 45 minutes). The tolerance in the trip
time measurement is not higher than 1%.
The same information can be viewed for a second trip in the Trip 2 screen.
NOTE: if the instrument in never reset the partial consumption of trips 1 and 2
coincide with the total consumption indicated in the "Fuel Cons." screen.
After turning off the motor wait at least 1 minute before switching off the
instrument in order to save the correct values.
