IMPORTANT!
Before starting to install, read the Installation and
Operating Manual carefully, make sure you understand
instructions contained in the Manual and follow all
instructions during installation.
The manufacturer is responsible for the device in
accordance with legislation provided that all terms and
conditions have been complied with.
To operate the device, please follow instructions contained
in this Installation and Operating Manual. Any other use or
application of the device is in breach of regulations. For
safety reasons, it is not allowed to make any alterations,
modifications or adjustments. Maintenance may only be
carried out by servicing centres approved by the
manufacturer.
The Installation Manual is an integral part of the product.
APPLICATION
Thermostats of the "Watts" series have been developed to
control and operate electric floor heating systems.
Control and operation have been designed for use in
residential rooms, offices and industrial zones.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Before starting work disconnect power supply!
- All thermostat-associated electric installation and wiring
work may only be carried out when power supply is
disconnected. The device should only be started and
connected by persons qualified to do so. Please follow
valid safety precautions.
- Thermostats are not protected against gushing or dripping
water. Therefore, thermometers must be installed at a dry
place.
- Under no circumstances confuse sensor wiring and 230V
wiring! Confused wiring connection may cause life-
threatening electric current accident hazard or
destruction of the device and connected sensors or other
appliances.
