Only authorised technical staff is allowed to charge the refrigerant and operate the gas
circuit as per the European Regulation 842/2006.
The refrigerant can be loaded only if the system is perfectly sealed.
Only use original spare parts.
DO NOT use fluids different than those specified.
Used
The refrigeration system operates with HFC gas with high global warming
refrigerant
potential GWP. Such gas belongs to the family:
gas. HFC family, e.g. fluoride gas with high green-house effect (GWP) regulated
by the Kyoto protocol.

check that the mechanical parts (valves), electrical parts (solenoid
valves), are fully opened
DO NOT obstruct the regular air exhaust line of the system
connect the high-vacuum pump to both the high and the low
pressure side
check that all cooling circuits are connected to the pump
start the depressurisation procedure
when the vacuum meter indicates 1 mbar, stop the pump.
The type of refrigerant is written on the serial number plate (Fig. 2).
Action
Then...
The system is sealed but still contains
water. Repeat the depressurisation
procedure.
The system contains water and is not
sealed. Remove the leakage and repeat the
depressurisation procedure.
The system is perfectly sealed and water
has been correctly removed.
