Rotating skewer for roasting/poultry/kebab (6/12)
Caution! The accessories are very hot during and after the cooking process! Never
touch the hot objects directly. Use oven gloves or something similar. Place the hot
accessories only on heat resistant surfaces or use the stand provided (accessory
no. 11).

Insert the rod in a longitudinal direc-
tion through the centre of the poultry
or roast. Push the forks of the rotating
skewer through the rod and into the
poultry or the roast and lock the forks
using the screws. Make sure that the
size of the poultry or the roast leaves
adequate space in the oven for the
skewer to rotate.
Rotating cage (e.g., for chicken legs or
French fries)
Place the lid on the rotating cage. Then
turn the lid to lock it into place.
