Symptom: Alignment
1. The top track is cut too short.
2. The bottom track is cut too short.
3. The glass panels do not track into the bottom bumpers.
Symptom: Water Leaks
1. Water leaks between panels.
2. Water leaks between side walls and the glass panel.
3. Water leaks under the bottom track.
4. Water leaks over bottom track.
CAUTION: Do Not force the panels to move as doing so may result in breakage and risk of injury. If the following steps do not resolve the associated
symptoms or for any questions, call Customer Service at 1-800-964-4850.
Symptom: Operation (open/close)
1. The outside panel is difficult to move.
2. The inside panel is difficult to move.
3. Damper operation.
Symptom: Maintenance
1. Excess noise or vibration.
2. Track kit discoloration.
TROUBLESHOOTING / SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Recommended Action
Top track must be cut correctly. See steps 12-14. If top track was cut incorrectly, please return to local Home Depot store
for assistance or call Delta Customer Service at 1-800-964-4850.
Add sealant as needed to ensure watertight seal. See steps 49 and 59. If additional sealant is insufficient, please return to
local Home Depot store for assistance or call Delta Customer Service at 1-800-964-4850.
Remove bottom bumpers and reposition - See Steps 53 and 54.
Recommended Action
When showering, make sure the inside panel is closest to the showerhead wall.
Ensure all seals are in proper location and orientation. See Steps 55-58.
Check for proper silicone sealant application. See steps 49 and 59. Apply more silicone sealant as needed.
Ensure that inner overhang of bottom track is free of sealant and inner panel is closest to shower head during use.
Recommended Action
a. Ensure sufficient clearance exists between the center divider and the glass panel. If needed, adjust the outer rollers.
See steps 40-42.
b. Ensure the panel is properly engaged within the center divider and the center guide is properly secured with self-
tapping screw. See step 52.
c. Ensure the rollers are properly installed.
d. Clean any debris in the top track where the rollers operate.

a. Ensure dampers are in proper orientation - See step 19.
b. Ensure dampers are securely fastened. - See step 20.
c. Ensure damper catch is properly adjusted - See step 42.
d. Damper catch should reset automatically during each opening. See step 42.
Recommended Action
a. Check all fasteners and re-tighten as necessary.
b. Ensure bushings (II) and roller gaskets (HH) are installed in glass.
