Control

4.1- Starting


If the cabinet has been transported horizontally, it should be left to rest for at least an hour before being connected.

Put the cabinet in place while leaving a space of 3 to 5 cm between the cabinet and any other furniture or wall, so
that there is a natural air flow, and in a spot where the surrounding temperature is between +16 ºC and +32 ºC.

Connect to a power point, push the ON/OFF button and leave the cabinet working for 2 to 3 hours, so as to make
sure that it is operating normally.

Maximum Hygrometry 75%
N.B: Before being connected, the cabinet must be cleaned with a detergent for washing dishes; do not use corrosive
products or soap. Then dry carefully. To carry out this operation is obligatory to switch off the equipment by removing
the plug from the outlet.

4.2- Operation

Cabinet operation is totally controlled by the thermostat, for selecting the temperature inside the cabinet and control the
work of lamp.



Plug the cabinet to the current.
 If the information in the display shows "OFF", press the ON/OFF switch for 3 seconds.

Wait about 3 minutes before the compressor starts after connecting the cabinet.
 To disconnect, push off the main switch ON/OFF(the display will show "OFF") or simply unplug the cabinet.

Wait 10 minutes before reconnecting the cabinet.

Load the cabinet in such a way that the products are carefully stocked.
 The digital thermostat allows adjusting the temperature from + 1ºC to + 10ºC in the positive models and – 10ºC to
– 22ºC in the negative models

The thermostat is factory locked, only permits to adjust the desired temperature (set point).

To program the desired temperature, press ON/OFF + ▲ or ▼ buttons.
 To lock the keyboard again proceed as stated above and select "YES" in the "LOC" function.

The display will indicate the temperature of the cabinet.

N.B.: The differential has been regulated at 3ºC in the plant.

When loading the cabinet in its totality it is possible that the alarm begins to ring after 2 hours if the cabinet has not
reached yet the programmed temperature. Push any button to turn off the buzzer and await 12 hours for stabilization
of the temperature. In case the programmed temperature has not been reached in this space of time, contact our
technical services.

4.3- Defrosting

Models with temperature above zero AP 600 PO / APA 600 PO

Defrosting is automatic and controlled by a digital thermostat. The cycle is pre-programmed in the plant to act every
4 hours during 20 minutes. The condensation water is automatically re-evaporated. Make sure that the draining
outlet isn't blocked
The manufacturer isn't responsible for damage caused by installation or connection errors

5. Maintenance

Keep the cabinet clean and avoid dust or other materials accumulating in the ventilation grilles.
The maintenance operations must be done by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid hazard.
