hydraulic circuit
inside the unit
For the correct design of the hydraulic
system
comply
with
regulations currently in force. The
following
information
suggestions for the correct installation
of the unit.
Note
for the proper functioning of the unit, it is
advisable to install a heat pump suction
filter, and a possible filter in versions
with desuperheater on inlet to the heat
exchangers.
Standard equipment
in the Standard (°) - L - A - E versions
Shell&tube type heat exchanger
Differential pressure switch between
the inlet and outlet of each evaporator
to avoid problems of freezing if there
is no fl ow of water.
Water inlet and outlet sensors (SIW
- SUW).
Victaulic attachment, joint to weld,
gasket (all these components are
standard but given as accessories).
in the Standard (°) - L - A - E versions/
with pump/s (PA, PB, PC, PD, PE, PF,
PG, PH, PJ, PK):
Shell&tube type heat exchanger
Differential pressure switch between
the inlet and outlet of each evaporator
to avoid problems of freezing if there
is no fl ow of water.
Water inlet and outlet sensors (SIW
- SUW).
Pump or pumps, always one in
operation the other, if there is one,
is in reserve).
2 x 25 litre expansion tanks, loading
assembly; both can be cut off with a
gate valve.
Victaulic attachment, joint to weld,
gasket (all these components are
standard but given as accessories).

Plumbing section
in the D versions:
Shell&tube type heat exchanger
Differential pressure switch between
the inlet and outlet of each evaporator
to avoid problems of freezing if there
local
safety
is no fl ow of water.
Water inlet and outlet sensors (SIW
constitutes
- SUW).
Victaulic attachment, joint to weld,
gasket (all these components are
standard but given as accessories)
plate-type heat exchanger
(desuperheater) 1 per circuit.
N.B. The plumbed parallel is the
responsibility of the installer.
in the T versions :
Shell&tube type heat exchanger
Differential pressure switch between
the inlet and outlet of each evaporator
to avoid problems of freezing if there
is no fl ow of water.
Water inlet and outlet sensors (SIW
- SUW).
Three-way valve
Victaulic attachment, joint to weld,
gasket (all these components are
standard but given as accessories)
Shell & tube -type heat exchanger 1
per circuit.
Free-cooling versions:
Shell&tube type heat exchanger
Differential pressure switch between
the inlet and outlet of each evaporator
to avoid problems of freezing if there
is no fl ow of water.
Water inlet and outlet sensors (SIW
- SUW).
Three-way valve
Victaulic attachment, joint to weld,
gasket (all these components are
standard but given as accessories).
Free-cooling versions with pump/s (FA,
FB, FC, FD, FE, FF, FG, FH, FJ, FK):
Shell&tube type heat exchanger
Differential pressure switch between
the inlet and outlet of each evaporator
to avoid problems of freezing if there
is no fl ow of water.
Water inlet and outlet sensors (SIW
- SUW).
Pump or pumps, always one in
operation the other, if there is one,
is in reserve).
2 x 25 litre expansion tanks, loading
assembly; both can be cut off with a
gate valve.
Victaulic attachment, joint to weld,
gasket (all these components are
standard but given as accessories).
N.B.:
All the plumbed parallels both
in standard - high efficiency
- versions or free cooling in
any version ( only evaporator,
D, T or with pumps) are the
responsibility of the installer.
N.B.:
For the NSB 5703 - 6003
- 6303 - 6603 - 6903 - 7203,
that are sent separately, the
plumbed connections must be
made after the two units have
been positioned on site and,
if necessary, they have to be
aligned by adjusting the AVX
jack in the order of 1 2 mm.
Note: In the bi and tri module
models, the water exit probe
(WEP) with its well is free near
to the electric box. Remember
to introduce it into the collector
of the parallel hydraulic exit unit,
first providing a ½ inch sleeve.
