Alignment (fi g.05)
Align the pipes and bring their ends
together. Then push the gasket and centre
it over the two ends of the pipes. The
gasket must remain inside the grooving.
Fitting the joint (fi g.06)
Situate once side of the gasket body
at the bottom between the pipe ends
inserting the edges into the grooving;
then situate the other side of the body
at the top over the ends thereby making
the joint. Make sure that the sides of the
joint touch each other.
Tightening the nuts (fi g.07)
Insert the bolt and do up both the nuts
by hand. Then tighten them with the
wrench, tightening them in alternately
by a few turns.
CAUTION:
The complete tightening of just one of
the nuts could cause the gasket to slip
that would get caught in the jaws of the
opposite side of the joint.

NOTE
The hydraulic piping for connection to
the machine must be properly scaled
for the actual water fl ow rate required
by the plant in the functioning.
The installer is responsible for the hydraulic
parallel. The water fl ow rate to the heat
exchanger must always be constant.
