Troubleshooting

Problem
Lock does not unlock
Lock unlocks automatically
Red LED flashes
Controller beeps
"Locked" signal does not
appear
"Unlocked" signal does not
appear

y y Missing or faulty power
supply (measure 24 volts);
Terminal G2 + V2)
y y No +24V control signal
y y Mechanically blocked
- Door leaf or door frame is
twisted or warped
- Active leaf is jammed
- Screws are pressing
against the lock case or
vertical rods
y y The control unit is in
programming mode
y y Test run not completed
successfully
y y Continuous signal at control

y y Incorrect cable assignment
y y Controller defective
y y Error source according to
blink code

Help
y y The controller must be
supplied with at least
21 V DC

Check that the power supply
unit, fuse and cable cross-
sections are sufficiently
sized and replace if
necessary
y y Check control input I1 / I2
y y Remove blockage
- Check door leaf/frame
- Check active-leaf lock
- Check screws, shorten if
necessary
y y Exit or abort programming
mode (see point 6.2)
y y Perform test run

y y Check control signal
