References to control panel parts or functions refer to Fig. 7; to facilitate their identification, the names of the controls
or functions in the following text are indicated in CAPITAL LETTERS.
4.1 Control panel description
The "SOFT TOUCH" control panel functions in a simple and logical way; it comprises four touch controls (1,2,4,5) and
a central "SET" (3) knob for the selection and successive confirmation of the temperature and time.
In the upper section, a DISPLAY (10) visualises the temperature and time as needed, besides other specific indications.
To the right of the DISPLAY, three LEDs (7-8-9) signal the operating mode, which can be either manual or programmed.
The broad SMILE LED (6), which divides the control and signal sections, signals when the appliance is operating in
the heating mode (active/turned off) or if it has a malfunction (flashing).
