2. Use of the control panel

2.1 First use
After the control panel has been switched on for the first time, or after a power cut, the indicator lights (B) will flash. The
control panel is establishing a connection to the circuit board of the heater or the steam generator. Once the connecti-
on has been established the indicator lights will go out.
The factory setting for the Trend control panel is programme 1. Set to heat the heater to a maximum temperature of
110°C for a maximum time of 6 hours. The temperature may be adjusted during use. The on time may be adjusted
when the heater or the steam generator is off.
2.2 Changing the programme:

The main power switch must be switched OFF and ON once before making adjustments.

Switch the heater or the steam generator ON from the main switch and wait for the connection to form be-tween
the control panel and the heater. (The upper row of four LEDs stops flashing and goes out)
Press and hold the bottom arrow key on the left ( < ). The green LED (in the upper right corner) flashes for approx.
imately five seconds. Release when the green LED stops flashing.
Press and hold the bottom arrow key on the right ( > ). The three red LEDs in the bottom row flash for
approximately five seconds, release when flashing ends.
Set the desired programme using the + and – buttons. The programme is indicated by LEDs 1–10. Sauna mode
1–5, (steam generator mode 6–9). Confirm by pressing the Start button (C).

The control panel will reset and switch on after about 15 seconds. If the programme change was success-ful, the
upper row of LEDs (B) will flash. Wait for them to go out and the programming is done.
