Installing Grease Trays and
Filters
NOTE: DO NOT use burners, elements, or oven while
hood is disassembled.

(1) Hood canopy
(2) Touch control panel
(3) LED lights
(4) Baffle filters
(5) Grease trays
(6) Grease tray trough
To Install Filters and Grease Trays:
1. Turn the fan and lights off.
2. Remove all plastic from hood pieces.
3. Install in the following order:
1) Grease Tray — Insert in rear tray. Grease trays
must be in place before installing the filters. Push
the grease tray in and down inside the grease tray
trough.

2) Filters — start with inserting the filter in the
middle and work out to the ends. Slide the filter
up, toward the front of the hood, then push down
on top of the grease tray.

Reverse the above directions to remove the filters and
grease trays. Ensure filters are cool and grease has
congealed before removal.
