This sheet sander is intended for sanding wood or similar
surfaces, metal and the removal of old paints with the
exception of any other material presenting risks ignition,
explosion or release which is polluting or dangerous to the
user or the environment.
Any other use, other than that indicated in these instructions,
may cause damage to the device and represent a serious
danger to the user.
This device is intended for private use only and non-industrial.
You opened the box and found this notice attached to the
machine. Keep the packaging for storage and instructions for
future reference. Take the sander out of its packaging and
check its condition. If the product does not seem correct to
you or if items are broken or missing from the description
above, contact your dealer.
Warning ! A small anti-humidity bag can be found in the
packaging. Do not leave it within reach of children and throw
it away.
Installation (Fig.2)
To install the sand papers with the fastening system:
1. Release the paper clamp on both sides of the base.
2. Insert the end of the sanding sheet under clamp and
tighten the clamp and ensure align with the dust extraction
holes on the sanding pad.
3. Hold the sand paper in place while pushing the clamp
lever back to its original position.
4. Always use a sand paper of similar length as specified by
the manufacturer (90x187mm).
5. Choose the sand paper according to the work need to be
done. Use the grain adapted to the material and the desired
finish.
Collecting with the dust extraction facility (Fig.3)
This machine is supplied with a dust extraction facility.
The dust extraction adaptor will allow the sander to be
connected to most vacuum cleaners. This will prevent you
from inhaling the dust.
Do not use the sander if a dust collection system is not
installed..
Switching on/off (Fig. 4)
1. To start the tool by squeezing the trigger switch.
2. To stop the tool by releasing the trigger switch
3. This tool is fitted with a lock-on button and will run
continuously without the need to maintain pressure on the
trigger switch.
4. Wait until the sander achieves its maximum speed before
commencing work.
5. To turn off while in this mode, press the trigger switch
again.

Term of use
When all precautions have been taken and the previous
operations were done, you can start working.
Always start the sander before putting it in contact with the
workpiece to be sanded and stop it before it was released
from the room.
Always secure the workpiece.
The stress on the machine should not be such that the speed
is reduced by more than 25% for significant periods.
When overloaded happened, run the machine empty for 3 to
5 minutes to cool the engine.
Attention! When sanding certain materials harmful and toxic
dust can be produced. This dust can seriously harm the
health of the user or the people around him. Always wear a
protective mask when working and do not let anyone get
close to the job.
Care and Maintenance
Keep the ventilation openings clear and clean the product
regularly. This machine requires no special mechanical
maintenance such as greasing the bearings.
If something unusual occurs during use, switch off the supply
and disconnect the plug. Inspect and repair the tool before
using it again. The repairs must be carried out by a qualified
technician.
Repair of the tool must only be carried out by a qualified
repair technician.
Repair or maintenance by unqualified personnel can lead to
a risk of injury.
Use only identical spare parts for repairing a tool.
Caution! If the supply cord of this power tool is damaged, it
must be replaced by a specially prepared cord available
through the service organization.
Care and cleaning
Cleaning of plastic parts is disconnected machines, using a
soft damp cloth and a mild soap.
Never immerse the machine and do not use detergent,
alcohol, petrol, etc..
In case of problems or for a deep cleaning, consult the
manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person
to avoid a hazard.
