STEP 3:
Attach the tongue assembly (1) to the tank assembly (3) using two M10 x 1.5P x 110 mm hex bolts (10), two M10 flat
washers (11) and two M10 x 1.5P nylock nuts (12). Tighten hardware. Assemble manual canister (14) to tongue
assembly (1) using two 1/4 NC x 3/4 self-tapping screws.
STEP 4:
Make sure the rear stand is deployed with lock pin in place. Stand the beam (4) up on end. Two people may be needed
for this step to ensure safety. Make sure that the beam is stable and on a level surface. Install the bushing (15) in slot
toward rear of tongue. Roll the tongue and tank assembly into position between the two tabs on the beam. Install 1/2"
shoulder bolt (16) through beam pivot and bushing. Install 3/8" flat washer (17) and 3/8 NC nut (18). Tighten nut to
remove excess play but still allow beam to pivot and slide. Install debris shield (21) to debris shield bracket (23) using
5/16" carriage bolts (22) and 5/16 NC flange nuts (20). Install debris shield and bracket assembly and hose guide chan-
nel (24) to beam (4) using 5/16" flange screws (19) and 5/16 NC flange nuts (20).
