STEP 8:
Attach the control lever (30) using the chain link (29) and clevis pin (32). Secure with cotter pin (31).
STEP 9: (Honda GX270 only)
Assemble deflector (34) with screws (33) as shown.
STEP 10:
Place owner's manual in the manual storage canister (14).
