USER INSTRUCTIONS
3. User Instructions
3.1 Opening the lid of the pressure cooker
3.1 Opening the lid of the pressure cooker
• When the cooking valve is in the "steam discharge" position, lift the lid opening and
closing handles upwards to open the clamps to both sides. Lift the lid off the cooker.
• Before first use: Disassemble the silicone gasket from the lid, and rinse the gasket in
boiling water, dry it, and place it in the correct place.
Note: Make sure that the silicone gasket is placed correctly. If it is not placed correctly,
the necessary pressure cannot be obtained. The silicone seal should not be twisted and
it must be firmly placed to the rim of the lid (without any gaps between the seal and the
stainless steel lid).
• As a general rule, the position of the silicone gasket must be controlled before using
the cooker. The long side of the gasket should be placed between the bottom side of
the lid and the cooker.
