3.1
Unit supply
To supply the unit, it is necessary to connect every module to the MS-011
(cod. 9120029) support framework, which performs the mass
connection.
3.2 Placing 75 Ω Ω charges
Except the PA amplifier test, make sure that the remaining unused inputs
and outputs are charged with an RS-275 (code 9120011) charge of 75
Ω.
3.3
Supplying the external LNB units
Make sure that the external LNB units are being supplied. To do so, turn
on the +V LNB switch of the corresponding receiver. The receivers directly
connected to the coaxial cable from the external LNB units can supply the
external LNB units.
3.4
Output channels
Adjacent channels can be used by means of the modulator of vestigial
sideband BLV included in the receivers. RF output channels that are
adjacent to each other or adjacent to the earth TV channels from legal re-
emitters (both lower and higher channel) can be used.
If the installation includes external units that use double sideband
modulators, the channels immediately below the ones used by those units
must be free.
3.5
Channels from other units
PA amplifiers include a extension EXT input for channels from other units.
The channels added so join the output channels of the US unit.
