The use of suitable containers safe for microwave cooking is strongly recommended.
Generally speaking, containers made of plastic, glass or heat-resistant ceramics are
suitable for microwave cooking. Never use metal containers for microwave cooking or
combined cooking, as this would lead to a high risk of producing sparks. You can use
the chart below for indicative purposes.
