Grind adjustment

To adjust the grind, just push the unlock button P2 and rotate the adjusting ring nut clockwise for a
finer grind or counterclockwise for a coarser grind.
To assess the grind, pour two doses of ground coffee, then weigh the second dose and adjust its weight
if necessary; once you have established the optimum weight, extract the coffee dose with the espresso
machine: if the result does not meet your expectations, repeat the procedure.

Time adjustment

When you have obtained the right grind, you can adjust the grinding time to let Max pour the right
amount of ground coffee automatically.
Adjust the grinding time by rotating the M1 knob for the single dose and the M2 knob for the double dose.
Rotate the knobs counterclockwise to decrease the grinding time and clockwise to increase it (each
click corresponds to 0.1 sec).
