Characteristics of the device
• Power supply 24Vac, 24Vdc
• Output to potential-free relay (maximum 110W
resistive)
• IP54 protection grade (outdoor installation)
Operation as a timer
This is used, for example, in operation panels which
do not have automatic closing mode, connecting
the NA contacts of the relay in the "key" connector
relay of the control panel.
• The timer begins when the FCA contact closes. If
this contact opens, the timer halts.
• When the programmed time finishes, the probase
plate sends a pulse to the relay.

INSTALLING AND PROGRAMMING
Discard the packaging safely and in an
environmentally friendly manner.
Check that the installation is in a good state of
use.
Secure the device using appropriate means.
1 Install the reception card or HTC timer card in the
corresponding connector (see "Fig. 1 Parts of the
device" ).
2 When using a receiver card, place the receiver
antenna in the antenna connector.
3 Make the connections as shown in "Fig. 1 Parts of
the device" .
O
Power supply with 24Vdc: respect the polarity,
otherwise the device will not work.
O
Power supply with 24Vac: the polarity is
indifferent.
FCA is only necessary when using the timer card.
4 Connect the electrical power supply.
3
FAILURE DIAGNOSIS
Before mounting or dismounting components, disconnect the electricity supply.
Problem
The base module does not
work (LEDs off)
Operation
with
reception
card:
the
relay
is
activated when pressing the
remote control
Operation with timer card:
following a period of time, the
relay is not activated
Cause
Power supply voltage absent
Power supply with 24Vdc: inverted
polarity
The control signal is not received
not
Control code not recorded in the
reception card
The FCA contact remains closed
during the timer (if opened, the timer
halts)
BASE MODULE FOR RADIO AND TIMER
Operation as a radio receiver
A standard (trinary code) Reson or Roller radio card
can be connected. The 65-R RDS-001 card is not
valid (receiver only).
• The output relay only remains active for the duration
of the radio signal (whilst keeping the remote
control pressed down).
This is used for the control of remote operation
signals (enable operation panel, trigger garage
lighting systems, etc).
Programming for use as a receiver
• In the reception card, record the code for the
controls to be used (see the instructions for the
controls and the reception card).
Programming for use as a timer
• If using with an HTC timer card: regulate waiting
time with the HTC card power meter.
Solution
Re-establish the power supply
Connect the polarity correctly
Use an outdoor aerial
Make the recording
Check for correct operation of FCA,
cables and connections
